The Waypoint Method™ ("we," "us," or "our") is a product of 4W Strategic Consulting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use The Waypoint Method at thewaypointmethod.com (the "Service").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth.
Payment Information: When you purchase access to The Waypoint Method, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive a confirmation of payment, your email, and a transaction identifier from Stripe.
Process Responses: As you work through The Waypoint Method, your responses to the guided questions are stored to allow you to save progress and return later. These responses are used exclusively to generate your personal Brand and Identity Brief.
Generated Content: Your Brand and Identity Brief is generated based on your responses and stored for your access.
Usage Data: We may collect basic usage information such as timestamps, session duration, and progress through the process for product improvement purposes.
Your questionnaire responses are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your Brand and Identity Brief. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and commercial API terms, which prohibit using your data to train their models.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security policies, and authenticated access controls. Your questionnaire responses and brief are accessible only to you through your authenticated account.
Only you. Your answers, your Brand and Identity Brief, and your process data are completely private. No other users, administrators, or third parties have access to your individual results. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal responses to anyone.

Your account data, responses, and generated brief are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
